Dr Oetker leaf gelatin white is easy to portion and is particularly suitable for the production of e.g. cream cakes, creams, jellies and jellies. A pack of white gelatine leaves is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid and corresponds to a packet of Dr. Oetker gelatine ground white.
