Mix 30-35g soft butter with an egg, a pinch of salt and possibly a little grated nutmeg. Then mix in the contents of this portion pack vigorously. Cut out the dumplings immediately with a teaspoon, place in the boiling broth and cook for another 20 minutes. Then let it steep for another 5-10 minutes.
