Metaltex Spaetzle Press/Potato Ricer comes with three different interchangeable disks, fine, medium, and course. Simply choose which type of dish you would like to make, place the disk into the hopper and start creating! Use the fine disk for things like juicing or making sauces. The medium disk can be used to make the German Spätzle and purring vegetables. The course disk can be used to make mashed potatoes.
